Elegant design for common areas to suit an image of Ginza

-Minor refurbishment for an office building which was built in 1981

-Refurbishment completed in January 2010

Airlock, Before Airlock, After

-A new tenant directory board in the airlock was installed as the existing one was not noticeable.
-A new down lighting for a tenant directory board was installed.
-Marble (Travertine) wall was cleaned.

Entrance Hall, After Entrance Hall, Before

-Marble (Travertine) floor and wall were cleaned.
-Ceiling boards were repainted and lightings were replaced.
-A new floor mat was laid in front of elevator doors after taking existing ones out.
-2 vending machines were removed.

-Carpet tiles were replaced by pattern fixing.
-Wall papers were repainted and laminated plastic sheet was fixed to elevator doors & frames
-Ceiling boards were repainted and lightings were replaced to energy saving single tube type fixtures.

-A new floor signage board was fixed on the existing PS door.

-PVC floor tiles were replaced.
-Wall papers and ceilng boards were repainted.
-Laminated plastic sheet wea laid on toilet booths and doors.
-All sanitary fixtures were replaced.
-New down lightings were installed.

-All existing urinals were replaced to automatic sensor types.
-New urinal stone floor panels were installed.

-All existing Japanese type water closets were replaced to western type wash toilets.
