Warm design to revive variation of old ones and new ones

-Major refurbishment for an office building which was built in 1984.

-Refurbishment completed in September 2008.

-Metal flat bars were installed around window frames to make window edges sharp.
-Vertical metal flat bars were also installed on spandrels to make solid image soft.

-Moderate lighting was installed to produce sophisticated facade at night.
-LED lightings were installed.

-Light fins were installed on the top of the building and sharp vertical line materials were added to the corner on the building to overcome a solid image.

-Ceiling design and lighting plan were reviewed by reusing existing floor and wall materials to create an image of a lighting gate.

Typical Floor Corridor, Before Typical Floor Corridor, After

-Dark brown carpet tiles were installed to tighten the space.
-Beige color border marbles were installed on the floor to create a high grade sense.

-Stainless Steel Framed doors were installed after taking existing doors out.

-All parts of floor, wall and ceiling including car park equipments were repainted.
